About Us
Dr. Megan Ursick
Dr. Ursick grew up in Northeast Ohio attending Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin and John Carroll University prior to attending The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. She is an experienced Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) and worked in several offices prior to settling down in Mayfield Village. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and truly enjoys being able to give patients the type of care she would want her family and friends to receive.
Dr. Ursick currently lives in Eastlake with her husband Matt and their three children Graham, Delaney and Jack. They also have a Labrador retriever that completes their family.
Dr. Maureen Baldzicki, Associate Dentist
Dr. Baldzicki is a lifelong resident of Mayfield Village and a proud graduate of Mayfield High School. She earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Biology from The Ohio State University before moving onto The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude from the College of Dentistry. While in dental school she was honored with the Academy of General Dentistry Future Leader Award- a testament to her dedication and excellence in the field.
Dr. Baldzicki currently lives in Mayfield Village and is glad to return home and serve the community that helped shape her. She is looking forward to giving back and providing compassionate, high-quality care to our patients.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Baldzicki enjoys spending time with her dog Auggie, yoga and visiting her sister in Florida-often taking the opportunity to explore the nearby theme parks.
Nicole, Registered Dental Hygienist
Nicole is one of our full time hygienists. She grew up local, attending Regina High School and Tri-C for Dental Hygiene school. When she is not at the office, she is spending time with her husband, 2 sons and 2 dogs.
Nicole is licensed to administer local anesthetic and is certified in CPR.
Melissa, Registered Dental Hygienist
Melissa is our part-time Registered Dental Hygienist has been with the office from close to the beginning. She is a graduate of Lakeland Community College's Dental Hygiene program. She is from the Parma area and continues to live there with her husband, 2 daughters and cats. In their free time, she loves to travel and check out all of the neighboring communities.
Melissa is licensed to administer local anesthetic and is certified in CPR.
Angelina, Registered Dental Hygienist
Angelina is another one of our part-time Registered Dental Hygienists. She graduated from Cuyahoga Community College's Dental Hygiene program and has been with our office since. She is certified to administer local anesthesia and is up-to-date on her CPR certification. Her goal is to give you a fresh, clean smile along with tips to keep it up for the next 6 months.

She and her husband live with their son and 2 daughters in Chesterland.

Nicole, Certified Dental Assistant
Nicole joined our office in August 2015 as Dr. Ursick's assistant. While her primary duty is assisting Dr. Ursick with dental procedures, she has expanded her role by aiding in billing and scheduling. She truly enjoys working with all patients, especially children.
Growing up nearby, Nicole is a friendly and familiar face. While Nicole is now a West-sider, she loves continuing to serve the area where she grew up. She and her husband enjoy checking out all that Cleveland has to offer and now have a son and daughter to share those memories with!

She is certified in CPR and has her CDA and Dental Radiology License.
Morgan, Dental Assistant
Morgan is a newer face for our patient's, but Dr. Ursick has known her since she was a baby. Morgan grew up in the Hudson area graduating from Hudson High School.
​
When Morgan is not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, cooking and trying new restaurants. Watching true crime documentaries is something she loves to do when she has time to relax.

She is certified in CPR and has her Dental Radiology License.
